Thanks to a capable and willing employee, our "problem" was solved! (Samantha)

I am so grateful to report that literally, minutes after our "last" effort, via Hello Peter, to solve a problem with the cancellation of a contract, a dear lady, by the name of Samantha, from the abovementioned company, returned our query with a phone call. The whole "paper trail" of what we did, since January 2022, was again explained to her. Our offer to pay the settlement amount was writtenly, via e-mail, accepted and the "case is closed"! Thank you very much for the prompt response and willingness to deal with our matter of concern. We do realize and take note of MIX Telematics Africa's concern about the company's image and name and trust that future clients will have the same experience, referring to our last effort, which was dealt with, with the company!
