This matter consumed me and caused me so many tears and unpleasant conversations with so many inconsiderate staff such as Suntre who never even tried to understand my situation or frustration. Marius from Regional Office who just never came back to fulfill his initial offer and so many more in the call center who never called back or offered me a solution. I am just glad that I can put this matter behind me and I can say well done to Lesego Mokone for her excellent service and attitude towards me. I hope this review will mean something to the Managers that review your salary and position in Mixtelematics.
