Thando the employee of Matrix gave me excellent service today. He was extremely helpful, patient and professional. His service was outstanding whilst assisting me with all my questions and answers pertaining to my Home drive, Emergency and Road Side Assistance whilst updating me with their contact numbers and he assisted me tremendously with the resolvement of my panic buttons on the remote that was issued to me by Matrix. I truly applaud his phenomenal service as Thando is a great asset to the Company Matrix as well as delivering exemplary client satisfaction.
