Terrible, terrible service

They provide the worst service provider at this point. They never answer their landline. You call for days and days and no one picks up. I initially wanted to downgrade y contract but since I can't get hold of anyone, I have decided to cancel the contract and even that is a mission and a half. Whilst other companies are fighting to retain their customers, you have this one that just doesn't care or even know what customer service is.
