Terrible service from Mix Telematics
I closed an account in August 2019 and received confirmation that the account was closed, I have since been receiving invoices every month for an account that is closed and then received a hand over notice for R59 advising to email the *** which does not work and the email bounces back. I have contacted 2 consultants that say they have escalated the matter to the cancellations department and received no feedback. When calling their office you get cut off. Absolutely terrible service.
