TERRIBLE SERVICE

my experience with this company is terrible, i have had their tracker for 7years even when it stopped working they continued debiting from my account, when you try to reach them they don't answer nor call you back. i was handed over to MBD by them and i made full payment and requested for the account to be closed but they still send me statements that i am owing them money, i have also reported them to NCR but i still get owing statements. they have terrible service.
