terrible service

the service is just terrible some of my bikes got ****** and sold and I need to get them off my name but I have tried to contact them every which way but still every month I pay a large sum of money for bikes that are supposed to be canceled or transferred but its not getting done, I have about 20 vehicles with them but I don't even have a dedicated contact person, the only person helping me is from a fitment center.

I am just writing this so that I can maybe get some help if I complain publicly
