Terrible Service – Avoid Matrix Vehicle Tracking

I have never been this disappointed with a service provider. On December 24, 2024, I urgently needed my vehicle recovered, and one of their consultants was absolutely unhelpful in my time of need. That experience alone was enough for me to decide I no longer wanted anything to do with Matrix.

In January, I requested to cancel my account, and they instructed me to send a cancellation request via email. I did exactly that, yet to this day, I have not received any response. However, when I reversed the debit orders they deducted from my account, they were suddenly quick to call and beg for payment—but still no action on my cancellation request.

I am beyond frustrated and want Matrix to remove me from their system immediately. Since they have ignored my requests, I will be contacting a legal representative to explore my options.

If you are considering Matrix Vehicle Tracking, think twice! Their customer service is nonexistent when you actually need them, but they are lightning-fast when it comes to demanding payment.
