TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

I was covered with mix telelmatics for two months - after two months i had to cancel my policy as the car was given back to the car dealership as the car was giving problems and a full refund was given back to me. i called mix telematics and they advised that in order to cancel my policy , i need to get a letter or email from the dealership stating that the car was returned. i sent the email with all relevant documents on the 01/12/2021 - to date no1 has gotten to me to state that the policy is canceled .. i called the call centre 4 times , each time i was holding on for a consultant for more than an hour and a half.
