On or about March 2018 an agreement with Mixtelematics

The terms of which was your offices are to install two hardware devices in a Hyundai i20 and BMW F30 (3-series), and subsequent to that monthly payments would be debited accordingly.

A sales representative of yours came to my place of employment however confirmed that he has the wrong units and therefore did not proceed to install the units in either of the cars. The representative undertook to later come in the week with the correct units and install same in both vehicles.

I confirm that neither of the units were installed in any of the vehicles.

I subsequently lodged numerous complaints and undertakings were taken to resolve the matter, however instead of a resolution the matter was referred to the MBD debt collectors, and therein I still queried with them and they undertook to resolve it with yourselves, and lamentably the matter is now referred to Nimble group for further debt collection.

I am now subject to an adverse credit listing because of this. Please resolve.
