Terrible service!
I called a week ago to cancel my account and received an email with a reference number, however, they still charged me for this month and no-one has got in contact since. <br> Their system of cancellations by email is pathetic and only a means to keep billing you. <br> I want the service cancelled and refunded for this month. <br> Waiting for someone to call to settle.<br> <br> Yet another pathetic service provider in SA.
