Terrible Service

<p>I joined their services since July 2010, my general understanding was that they provide road services to car owners and trace their cars.</p> <p>All these years i have never really needed their services, until the 13th April 2017, when my car battery died they send me an sms' of a power down and i should call them if i need assistance.</p> <p>I usually receives these messages but i never needed their help, that day i called them to request assistance with battery, i was in the middle of nowhere and it was getting dark, least to say i had to find alternative assitance, while paying them.</p> <p>The answer was that my service plan does not allow them to assist me, this came as a shock to me bacause all these year i have never received any communication in writing or otherwise from them telling me about service plan.</p> <p>I told the lady, Audrey that i would lodge a complain about this and cancel my account with them, she told me my money does not pay her salary so i can go ahead and do it.</p> <p>I have cancelled my services with the company but they refuse to stop debiting my account and say they do not consider the phone call, even if i have done it in writing (Case Number Logged ********** 7).</p> <p>They also refuse to send me communication in writing to state what is it i am owing them, i am basically been harrased my this company for no good reason, while they have been deducting money for service they have never rendered for 8 years.</p> <p>The only phone call i receive from them has been from June 2017 since 2010.</p> <p>Please assist</p> <p> </p>
