Terrible rude call center agents staff members don't care about companies reputation

I've had it with this company!!! Believe me their staff are rude love arguments 😤. Imagine having to speak to a rude consultant so early in the morning. Just to get a settlement amount and conveniently she had to transfer me. I hold on for dear life drop the call after 16mins. Trust me there are better options out there but if you want to deal with rude unprofessional service go ahead Matrix Tracking for you car will frustate every living cell in your body. Not for the faint hearted. To crown it all I told this rude woman I'm going to report her. She welcomed it clearly this behavior is perfectly normal in this organization called Matrix , customer service at its worst I tell you
