26 Aug 2026, 10:46It’s been escalated since Friday and today it is Wednesday.
The other major problem Matrix has it DOES NOT ANSWER TELEPHONE CALL and if they do then i go oh get a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF.
I spoke to NKHOSI , Jabulo and BULELO all promised to call or email me but nil.
I got through to the hijack department and he dropped my call !!
Please I have also requested to Cancell my Subs. PLEASE REPLY WHEN WILL THE CANCELLATION TAKE EFFECT??
The other major problem Matrix has it DOES NOT ANSWER TELEPHONE CALL and if they do then i go oh get a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF.
