Terrible customer service Matrix/Beame

Dear Matrix/Beame Customer Support Team,

I am writing to express my frustration with the poor service I have experienced regarding the addition of a panic button to my existing vehicle tracking service.

A few months ago, I was contacted by one of your agents, who proposed this service. Given that my mother is elderly and I spend significant time on the road, I agreed to proceed. Your technician was very eager to install the system, and we eventually agreed on a suitable time.

Unfortunately, two months have passed, and despite being charged for the service, the system has not been installed. I have made numerous phone calls and sent countless emails to resolve this matter. Often, I am cut off on the phone or informed that there is no stock.

Yesterday, I was contacted by Claudia, who assured me she would provide feedback within an hour due to my decision to cancel the debit order. She warned that I might be blacklisted if the issue remains unresolved. However, 24 hours later, I have yet to hear back from her or anyone else on your team.

This level of service is unacceptable. I request immediate action to resolve this matter. Please: 1. Confirm whether stock is available for installation. 2. Provide a clear timeline for resolving this issue. 3. Ensure that I am not unfairly blacklisted due to your company's failure to deliver on its promises.

I trust that this matter will receive the urgency it deserves. Failure to address this issue promptly may leave me with no choice but to escalate the matter further.
