Terrible customer service

Matrix is ****, i have been trying to cancel my contract with them for two month with no hope, i couldn't get hold of them when i needed them cause their phones kept on ringing. Now upon cancelling request i have been told to pay R2500 which was never initiated in the first place, nothing is stated on thier contract regarding that amount neither was i told on the telephone call. Their service is terrible, they never told me about 36 month contract with cancellation which is a suprise. This a total ******* since am not working anymore and I have to continue paying them
