Terrible customer ser
The service for Matrix car tracking has gone from worse to terrible, they are very quick to create a ticket for your query then they get very silent with no resolution. Their customers call centre calls rings with no answer. High time for me to start searching for other service providers.

22 Nov 2022, 21:02Just want to thank one of your call agent, "Christelle" apologies if I spelled her name wrong but you will be able to trace thr agent who assisted me on my profile. This lady is highly professional and very humble, she went all out to retained me as your customer and even made me to cancel my 2nd contract with another service provider and brought it to your company. Honestly if it wasn't because of her professionalism and assistance you were going to loose me as your customer since 2005, but I can tell you that you aren't even aware that I have been your customer since that time, cause when someone upgrades the contract you cancel existing contract and issue new contract and the true data somewhere doesn't give you true reflection.
Once again thanks to this lady and I hope you will be able to thank her and get recognized internally, she is very passionate about her role.
