Telematixs refusig to update my credit profile

I paid off my outstanding debts with Telematixs and instructed them together with LGR Attorneys to update that debt as paid up on credit bureaus and no one bothers to reply to my emails. I cancelled my subscription and this has still not been done!!!! I am in the process of buying a house and this listing is affecting me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
