Telematics T/A Matrix Tracker NO GO ZONE!!!

Hi All, I have first hand experience from Telematics which is running as MATRIX VEHICLE TRACKING SERVICES... guys these guys are out there to rip you off and make money, A HUGE NO GO ZONE!!!

We took out a tracking unit with MATRIX, & unfortunately the vehicle got written off by the insurance company, myself & my wife then called Telematics which is the service provider to report the vehicle was written off and if they are able to move the unit to one of our other vehicles as it's a contract and can't be canceled, the consultant advised he will find out and come back to us.

To Date, we have not been contacted, rather listed on ITC for something which should have never even reached that point... we had to find out in a hard way she's listed on Credit Brereau which is so unfair as it effects & our current APPLICATION for bond finance.

Guy's- this is just heads up being in the Motor Industry for 13years & going... I BEG OF YOU, PLEASE DONT MAKE THAT MISTAKE I DID DEALING WITH TELEMATICS T/A MATRIX Vehicles Tracking Service.

I hope my review gives you some insights of the kind of service provider they really are, and not what they make out to be.

I dare anyone to prove me otherwise on service!!!
