TELEMATICS BEAME WORST COMPANY

Matrix Beame is the worst tracking company to be with. Firstly they do not answer phone calls. We called 3 times and held on for 15 mins to be assisted at no avail. My husband had contract from 2019 for a tracker with Telematics and sold Ford Ranger in 2023. He emailed to cancel the contract and was sent a returned email to pay R998 cancellation fee, email was sent with a NOREPLY address. we tried calling, no answer. Sent 4 more emails, numerous calls, a month later(Jan2024) received a call, agent requested another letter of cancellation, emailed and was told it would be cancelled,8 months later they still deducting from his account!!!!!
