TELEMATICS ACCOUNT SETTLED BUT LISTED AS ARREAS AFTER 2 Months of Closure

Good day, i settled the outstanding telematics account in March 2025 and Telematics kept on listing me in May two months after i closed the account.

i have the Proof of Payment and the settlement letter from their collection company hybird Collections .

can they please remove all incorrect listing on my ITC after i closed the account
