Tele matrix, consumer exploitation

Iam very disappointed by this above mentioned company, I took their service to protect my car and they told me that their service is a prepaid, when I check my credit score they are appearing and it is showing that Iam on areas, as car finance debt what a hell is that, I didn't continue to pay for it as I didn't need it any longer, I didn't sign the contract that has specified that if I don't pay for it Iam going to appear on Experian as a slow payer, that is totally wrong cause the agreement was prepaid it never been on credit
