Tedious cancellation process
Worst service and they are reaping people off. A year later I’m still paying for a device I cancelled and the wild part is, the settlement amount now is R100 less than the initial settlement amount a year ago so after a paying for 12/3months that hasn’t change!! Please explain that and want call records made from 2024 Aug please.
