Taking people's money although services canceled.
Had a Beame Tracking device installed in my car in 2015. Never missed a payment. Sold the car 2 months ago and sent the email to stop the subscription, recieved an email with an reference number, nothing done and money still deducted from my account. Wrote another email and received another reference number and still nothing. Poor service.
