Taking debit orders before debit order date!

My debit order is rhe first of the month. This month they take it earlier. They don't answer there phones apparently all call agents is busy! You took money the 1st of Dec and again the 20th!!! Some of us only get paid the 31st and yet again stick to debit order dates!!! This is unacceptable! And i will not leave it here! So im paying 2 times in one month and 1st of janaury you want to take again! Unacceptable.
