In 2022 around April, I was at the mall when a guy approached me saying he's advertising a new tracking device, Since I was looking for a tracker,I went for it, immediately it was installed to my vehicle,4 days later I contacted Mix Telematics to test the tracker,I asked them to track my vehicle which they failed after a lengthy telephonic conversation I was then only advised that the device installed to my vehicle is not a tracker but a recovery device,and they said a recovery device works with the tracker, Why would I install a recovery device when I don't have a tracker 😕,I disputed and advised them to come remove the device from my vehicle and install the correct device,which they again failed,I then asked them to cancel,that's where all my problems started, They told me to pay for a cancellation fee which I don't know where is coming from, Cancellation fee was not discussed with me nor on my contract, and it is not my fault they installed incorrect device on my vehicle, Instead of correcting their wrongs they want to blacklist my name because they handed over my name to NIMBLE GROUP, That's where my problems started, every time they debit my account I make sure that I reversed it,so at the moment nimble ground requesting me to make a payment or arrange how am going to pay them, Why must I pay for the service that was incorrectly rendered to me and incorrect device installed? I feel like this is a rip-off, and we are being failed as the citizens of this country because consumers are not protected enough against bogus companies like mix Telematics.
