Suspiciuos and ******** tracking installations

My Toyota Hilux Raider was fitted with a Matrix system. The system was installed by a former employee and the subsequent account was created un-lawfully in his name. Since his service was terminated in December 2016, I cannot get hold of him or the vehicle. I contacted Matrix and they will not give any information, due to the fact that the account name is in the employee’s name. I asked for all documentation that was presented by the employee in order to register the installation, which clearly states that the vehicle is registered in my name thus, *******ly installed a MATRIX system into the owner’s vehicle.

According to the feedback from Matrix, I was instructed to contact the installation technician to obtain the required paperwork as they only get installation details from installers and no paperwork. Needless to say, the telephone number of the “technician” did not exist.

Surely, they should have received paper work from the installer in order to verify that all documentation is legitimate and true???

How can this be possible??
