Surprised they still in business!

I found out by accident that my vehicle is not being tracked because the App showed my vehicle over 180km away where I was 20 days ago, I notified Matrix by email, by phone, got promises that they will resolve this, a week later, still nothing, phoned to esxalate the issue and aksed whe was senior, was told a Gareth person, asked to talk to a Gareth, was told he doesn't take calls, I must send an email then I was disconnected! Still have not recieved a reply to emails, or telephone calls, every time I try to call, my call gets dropped when someone is trying to transfer my call, wonder if they just ending the call, TERRIBLE SERVICE, WHAT IF MY VEHICLE IS ******, WILL IT BE SORRY WE WILL GET TO SORTONG YOUR PROBLEM OUT WHEN WE FEEL LIKE IT!
