Super Iritated

<p>Matrix is really starting to get on my nerves , I have 2 cars with matrix trackers when I tried to cancel one of the car I am not using anymore they told me about cancellation charges and then I said its fine they can continue to take premiums for both cars. Then in June I was in an accident which resulted in a write off of my car which ofcourse is no longer in my possession is in a s**** yard somewhere, I called matrix an told them to cancel that one and put another tracker on my new car, but instead the agent told me that I would need to pay cancellation fees and for the write off car before they can put a tracker on the new one or alternatively i would have to pay 3 premiums for the 3 cars, 1 car that does not exist anymore which I thtink is obserd.</p> <p> </p> <p><br /> </p> <p><br />Regards </p> <p>Unhappy client</p>
