Sudden switching off of Tracker unit

It quite disappointing that I entrusted this tracker service provider to provide me with proper service. Having my tracker unit switched off because I requested to see my contract with them, is some Shady business. Following several attempts to have this resolved and making me seem like I am the one looking for the business is appalling.
