SUBJECT: FINAL NOTICE – CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT AND DISPUTE OF DEBIT ORDER -***4 I hereby formally reiterate my cancellation of contract with Matrix, which was initially communicated in writing from 06 March 2025 as per your contracts departments instruction when they called to enquire if I want to renew my contract Despite multiple follow-ups since the date of my original cancellation notice, I have received no formal acknowledgment or written confirmation from your side. This lack of response is unacceptable and does not align with fair business practice. Furthermore, I was recently 11 March 2026 contacted telephonically regarding a debit order that had been stopped. During this call, I once again explained that the debit order was cancelled in line with my original notice of termination submitted in March 2025. I was assured that feedback would be provided on this matter. To date, no such feedback has been received.
