STRUGGLING TO GET A PAID UP LETTER
I'm truly disgusted by your guys servive. We've been calling to get a paid up letter from the 23rd of April but all your useless consultants promises to send a letter via email within 10 minutes but still till today we're unsuccessful to get a letter they all promise the same thing. Your company was quick to hand me over on ITC but it a mission to remove my name now, all I requested was a letter since everything was paid up though the car was sold and didn't know I needed to continue paying your people which I find it very ridiculous honestly. I need that letter ASAP
