STOP SENDING ME BILLS

I have canceled with you guys within 7 days upon installation of the beam device. Why am I still receiving an invoice. Yourls service is extremely pathetic no one even picks up the phone. Imagine in an emergency. Mx telematics is absolutely pathetic with their service. They cannot answer their lines but quick to send a bill even when it has been canceled. Please resolve this with immediate effect I do not owe yourl anything since I've cancelled within 7days
