STOP HARASSING ME FOR PAYMENT I DO NOT OWE!!!

This is the second time I am writing a review!!! You guys are threatening me with the credit bureau for R160 which if you bothered to respond to my emails I have sent I DO NOT owe you this money!! Listen to the recording of me cancelling my contract where I asked your agent if I owed anything and she confirmed that I do not owe you guys anything!!!! If anything comes up on my name because of this useless company I will take it further!!! I have emailed multiple times and when you try and call you can never get through to the flippen call centre, it either puts down on you or says the number is busy or just rings.. so sort out your tech issues this is ridiculous!!!!!!! Your facebook page is even worse and you should be worried about the amount of issues popping up especially on beame. Case references for email sent ***9, ***3, ***9. Now please go listen to the recording of my phone call while cancelling with your agent and take my name off your collections list. I owe your company nothing!!!

No its not. As I said to the consultant that called me. GO AND LISTEN TO THE RECORDING when I cancelled the account. The lady said I owed NOTHING and that I would NOT be debited again. Get someone to call me once they have listened to the recording of the call. Better yet please send me the recording as i would like a copy and its my right to have access to it.

I am still waiting for your "INVESTIGATION" results. You have now threatened me and handed me over to SCS!!! How can I be handed over when you guys were looking into it and needing to listen to the call??? I also requested a copy of the call which I am STILL waiting for?! Give me the recording I requested I have a legal right to it!!!
