Still waiting for someone to call me

On the 7th of April I phoned in to have my tracker tested and to ensure that it's still working, which I have not done in a while. The lady i spoke to said she couldn't pick up my tracker and she'll get the technical team to contact me. An half an hour later i got someone phoning me to hear if everything is ok he got an alert. Very relieved and impress that i didn't need to have it checked out but then i was also told that they are phasing out the 3 button remote and a call will be logged for them to install a new tracker of some sorts. This caught me off guard because when was someone going to inform me of this if i wasn't the one to phone in. Thats my first problem. Someone eventually phoned which took some time. The lady told me to she wants me to sign a contract to have the new one installed for 3 years. This is a major problem for me since i'm immigrating the end of the year but of course i wouldn't want to cancel my tracker until such time and I was told in a very rude manner that she'll forward this to another person who will be in contact with me. I don't remember the exact date but it's been quite some time and nobody has been in contact with me. One thing I have realized with Mix Telematics is that there is no urgency, you'll here from them when you will hear from them. Very disappointing.
