Still not fixed tracker after almost a week!!!!

Called the service centre on wed last week and still not fixed my trcker in motorcycle.. Technical cas nr c***5 So still waiting for the technician to call to come out and opperator on other side very unprofessional aswell .. so will defently not recommend them to anyone.. if u struggle now how you going to struggle if they must ***** it...
