Still no refund!!!!
This is my second review here and this time I'm still waiting for my refund which I was promised in June 2022. My refund has still not been processed. Spoke to a guy there on Friday who said will get back to me and I'm still waiting. Apparently the refund was not fully processed and he was going to have it processed. I am definitely fed up with the service provided by you guys. It's beyond ***********. I want my money and while I'm calm, you guys need to attend to my matter ASAP!!!

04 Jul 2022, 14:24I have just sent those bank statements, but I'm still querying that amount, which I believe is incorrect.; Someone needs to send me the breakdown of how you got to that incorrect amount. R122.98 times 3 months is R368.94 not R200 and whatever!
