Still no refund!!

These people aren't serious about business I have never had to run around like this for almost 3 weeks for my own money that belongs to me. It's been 3 weeks no still no sign of my refund, each time I speak to someone all they say is" still being finalized " for 3 whole weeks, like I said before this is the only platform I can get your attention because I honestly have no luck telephonically this is honestly so poor!!
