Still no refund
I have been waiting for a refund for 2 months. I just called today to find out why I am not getting my refund, only to be told that the credit was canceled and that the person who was assisting me no longer works for Mix Telematics. It is a struggle to get through you have to hold for more than 20min and each time you must explain yourself what are you holding for....POOR SERVICES I MUST SAY
