17 Jan 2025, 15:22Another 3 days of waiting for Matrix to find a call that doesnt exist as well as they have the cheek to ask me for my ITC report when telling them I want to be removed from ITC as they so quickly put me on there !!!! Now I must share my personal information on that entire report with them ! Go get your own report i sent you documents confirming that you have put me on ITC !!!!! Ive had enough of your shocking service and unprofessionalism and will report this further
