still invoice me after i cancel my contract due to car accident writeoff
Matrix is worst company ever, in October 2020 i was involve in a car accident and my car was write off. i have call and send an email to cancel contract however even today am still billed for a tracker system. i have multiple email but even today 02 Feb 2021 Matrix still debit and send invoice to me. What must i do to cancel your services.

09 Mar 2021, 09:24I just want to say thank you, after posting on your platform Mix Telematics did respond on all my mail and we have manager to close out the case. I must says this February I did not receive any invoice from the company.
