STILL EXELLENT SERVICE from Matrix

I have just been reading on Hellopeter about a lot of positive and negative reviews on Matrix. I had a problem with my account and it looks like it all depends to the person you speak to at customer service. Last week I have spoken to a guy - not a very friendly conversation. This morning I spoke to Uthando Mashinini. What an experience! Very friendly and my problem (transaction error) was solved in due time. I am a client of Matrix now for about 12 years and no problems. They were always willing to help out and excellent service. No billing problems whatso-ever. Thanks to Uthando who understood the problem and reacted immediately and I received confirmation within two minutes. This is what I call: EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I hope Uthando's manager, Lesego Mokone will also read this review. You can be very proud of Uthando. THANKS!
