Still debiting my account 1 year after cancellation

In September 2016 I cancelled my contact with mix telematix as I sold the vehicle. I was told there is a settlement amount of R299 to be paid. I said its fine they can debit the full amount. The consultant said I should send an email confirming that the can debit the full settlement amount. So I did. End of September they took the normal debit amount of R69. I thought ok it's the last premium and they will still debit the settlement amount of R299. End of October they again took only R69. I try to contact them but no luck in getting any answer. I contacted the emergency department and they transferred the call to accounts but no luck. One day by some miracle someone answered. I explain my story and I was told they have no record of me cancelling. I then requested the recordings. The consultant said they will get back to me. Ha ha ha ha I should have known better, she never got back to me. I have send many emails and nobody even gets back to me. I have threaten to take legal action but nothing. I then send another email to say I will put this on Hello Peter. Then one morning I got a call and the consultant said that they apparently send me a letter with their bank details for me to go and make a payment for the R299. I said to her if I ever received a letter or bank details it would have been paid by now but never have I ever received a letter regarding my cancellation with bank details. I mean it's been a year now and every month they debit my account. The consultant said that they can cancel the policy now and there is a new settlement of R199. WHAT???? Since September 2016 up to now it's been a year that Mix telematix have debited my account every month for the amount of R69 each month and that give you a total of R828 that they have taken. Mix telematix is owing me money. R828 minus the R299 settlement amount given to me in September 2016 equals R529. But according to them, I now have to pay R199 to get it cancelled. I said to the consultant I am not paying the new settlement amount and she said they will get back to me. Guess what... no one is getting back to my. But I get a statement every month and now I see a price increase. Really? I will now be forced to cancel the debit order at the bank and by this letter I will not be held responsible for anymore premiums trying to be debited. I will give 5 working days for someone to get back to my from Mix telematix and paying back what they owe me or I will now take legal action and Mix telematix will be responsible for the cost as well.
