Steer clear of Mix telematics & Beame
I have been struggling to cancel my beame (Mix telematics' vehicle tracking service) subscription for the past 9 months, via numerous emails and phone calls. Their customer service team truly does not care about their customers and their management is clearly pushing for devices not to be canceled. I would urge anyone looking for a vehicle tracking company to not work with Mix telematics.
