*****ING MY MONEY!!!
Email after email. Account has been cancelled several times but they keep deducting money from my account and keep sending statements to me for monies owed. They cannot be trusted.

As per our telephone conversation earlier today, we confirm that the unit is still within the contractual period and therefore requires a settlement amount.
The settlement details have been e-mailed through to you as requested and we will advise further in regards to the call recording.
