Stay way! It will take two business days to find who assisted you and then they will only start assisting you and find your vehicle

Santam insisted that we get two tracking devices for my vehicle from Mix Telematics. This is the most unuser friendly company I have ever came across. Please stay clear and use an alternative company. I specifically asked for two devices as per instruction from Santam. They made an appointment for Friday, no one arrived after getting upset they rescheduled for Saturday. They came to install one device, when I insisted that they install two the guy got arrogant and told me I may only get one. No welcome pack etc. O immediately phoned and as per normal it takes 15 min + for someone to answer the phone. Just to say oops, they will have to find out who assisted me and that will take some time, I have subsequently phoned 3 times without success or assistance. My concern is if they steel my vehicle now, it will take 15 min for them to answer the phone, and then they will get back to me about my ****** phone within two days, by then my vehicle is long time across the boarder and no where to be found. Also please note it will take a week for you to get your welcome pack. Extremely disgusted with the exceptional service received, well done!!
