STAY AWAY!!! WORST TRACKING COMPANY EVER!!!
Yet again, I have to get response from Matrix via Hellopeter, they fail to comply to their promises, paying for a faulty unit for 7 months, which they fail to comply with to repair, waiting a very long time to speak to a consultant, and tech never phones back in order to resolve the issue for a faulty tracking unit, but keeps on billing you after the contract has been stopped, and makes promises to close the case as promised. They are a bunch of ****** taking your money without any customer care. Would give 0 stars if I could.
