STAY AWAY FROM MIX TELEMATICS

Wish I could give this - 10 stars. This company is a complete rip-off. I was called as a non-existing customer, sales agent tried to sell me the same package I was on at a higher price. I asked how can I be called when I'm an existing customer, was my account not reflecting on the system. Then, I get in contact to ask for confirmation that I'm an existing customer and for someone to come out and check my device, no contact whatsoever. The device was installed in 2016, I've not had anyone contact me or come out to check that it's in order or to change the battery. I then get contacted and the lady quotes me an incorrect vehicle registration number under my accouct, tells me she cannot tell me when last the vehicle location was picked up on your system. Another agent calls me and gives me a location in Durban. My car has never been to Durban. This occurred as recent as a few weeks ago! Then, I get a bill for a double payment, which I responded to with banking details for the last few months, proving no missed debits. It's clear the device is not and has not been functioning for a while. I want a refund for all those months I've been debited for a non-functioning service. And I best not be liable for any cancellation costs, after the mess up from this company.". To-date, no one has contacted me to come out and have the device removed. And now, when I do a follow-up email, the email is returned undelivered. WORST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
