Stay away from matrix tracking company

I don't know were to start with this company,,i took a tracker package that had a road side asistance included,when it was time to exercise that option,that's when i was told they don't cover commercial vihacles,information that was never disclosed to me when i took it,i then canceled my contract with them through their app to my surprise i still received their arlets and my account was still debited(of course i reversed my money)i sent them several emails to try to correct this issue but failed as no one is willing to help,some guy from their collections phoned me yesterday trying to make arrangements but he was extremely rude the conversation did not end well.this company is bad i recommend people not to sign with them as they have bad ethics.
