Stay away from Matrix Roadside assistance

People should stay away from Matrix roadside assistance. The premium you are paying monthly will never assist in the time of needs. I don't understand the kind of service they are offering to people, you pay, but when you want the service that you pay monthly, you wont get any. And they don't care. I phoned them asking for help , they said they will contact the tow company that is closer to me, after that it was done. The do not bother contacting you if you have received their help, they do you not care. My advice to people, stay away from Matrix. I am even doubting their ability to track a vehicle when they fail process a roadside assistance claim
